    How could I not share a coconut ladoo recipe for this diwali. My 4 ingredient coconut ladoo recipe is a super hit recipe on my blog and this one is a upgraded recipe made using khoya and it taste super yummy.

    This is a rich and easy ladoo to make, using coconut and khoya. The combination is just awesome and delicious. You could never resist eating this one. I am sure about that. A awesome and simple recipe to brighten up your diwali.

    How to Make Khoya Coconut Ladoos

    • In a nonstick pan, take crumbled khoya, sugar and heat till it gets little liquidy. Now add in food colour and mix well.
    • Add in coconut and mix well. Cook this till it leaves the sides and form into a soft dough.
    • Cool this down a little. Take small portion from this and roll into a ladoo, roll this in more desiccated coconut and arrange in a plate. 
    • Chill for 30 mins before serving.

    You can easily make khoya at home by two ways. You can make it fast in microwave using milk powder, which is the fast version. But you can make it on stove top as well.

    • ½ cup Sugar
    • 2 cup Desiccated Coconut
