everyone had a busy weekend, preparing for diwali..I was having a busy one too.
Actually I felt so lazy to making sweets at home alone, so I went to my mum's
place and cooked along with her. We made muruku, mysorepak, gulab jumun, kaju
katli, besan ladoo..It was awesome cooking together with my mum and sisters. I
spend the whole day there and came home late..
recipe..The cool thing about this ladoo is, it is so easy to make, but taste so
healthy and yummy. I love the colour which was in the ladoo without adding any
food colouring. I love those crunchy bits of cashew inbetween these ladoos..I hope
you will try it this diwali and let me know how it turned out.
Time - 15 mins ( Includes shaping ladoos)

- 20 to 22 ladoos
Kadalai Mavu / Chickpea Flour - 1 ½
Semolina - 3 tblspn
chopped ( Use any nuts)
Yelakai - 1 tsp
pan. Add in besan, sooji, ghee and mix well.
medium heat for 15 mins till they turn golden and smell so nutty and toasted.

cooled and bit, Add in powdered sugar, cardamom, nuts and mix well.
and keep them aside.
|You will need Sugar, Cashews, Gram Flour, Cardamom, Ghee and Sooji|
|Start by taking gram flour in a thick bottom kadai|
|add ghee to it|
|add in sooji too|
|it will form into a coarse mixture|
|roast it ..roast it ..roast it..|
|After few minutes, it will change colour|
|and starts to smell so nutty and toasty|
|Transfer that to a bowl and allow it to cool down|
|add powdered sugar to it|
|add cardamom powder|
|and broken cashews|
