Malai Ladoo Recipe / Paneer Ladoo Recipe – Easy Diwali Sweets Recipes

Paneer ladoo is my latest discovery, i got this recipe from the milkmaid website and it is pretty easy to make and taste so yum. You just need a handful of ingredients and this is a tasty ladoo.

I used storebought paneer to make this dish, if you want you can make your own chenna and make it..Recipe for making chenna is here.

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Cooking Time : 10 mins
Makes : 12 to 15 ladoos


Ingredients:Paneer – 200 grams crumbled (Recipe here)
Sweetened Condensed Milk – 100 grams
Saffron for decoration
Cardamom Powder – 1/4 tsp
Pink Food Colour few drops
Kewra Essence few dropsMethod:

Take paneer, condensed milk, pink colour in a blender and puree till smooth.

Take this in a nonstick pan and cook on medium high heat till it leaves the sides and get thick.

Now add in essence and cardamom powder and mix well.

Remove this to a plate, and cool it completely.Now take small portion and shape it into ball.

Decorate it with saffron and chill for few min.

Serve.

Take all your ingredients
Take paneer in a blender
open a can of condensed milk
pour it in
add few drops of pink colour
blend it
now it is smooth
pour that in a nonstick pan
keep cooking it
now it has got little thick
keep cooking and stiring
now it has reached a ball like
done
remove to a plate
add in few drops of kewra essence
add in cardamom powder
mix well
take small portion
roll it into a round
done
decorate it with some saffron
chill and serve

    Hi Mam
    I tried this at home it came out so well. Just a clarification, the ladoo after it was left to cool down tasted a little clumsy and dry is it how it is supposed to be

    @Priscillano it will be little moist. if u cook a bit longer it may get little dry.

    Madam, where can I get kewra essence and pink food colour? Is that kewra essence is kewra water? Whether I can get in online?

    @Geetha Ravichandranu can use kewra water too. u can get them in baking supply shop
