Moong Sprouts Salad with Vegetables

Sprouts are my favorite, They can be made into so many dishes..I have already made a sprout salad with fruits. This one is a little spicy one with onions and tomatoes..They taste so yummy too..Try this and let me know how it turned out for you..



Preparation Time : 10 mins
Serves : 2 


Ingredients:


Moong Sprouts – 1 cup
Onions – 1/2 small onion chopped finely
Tomatoes – 1 medium size chopped finely
Carrots –  1 medium size grated
Green Chilli – 1 chopped finely
Coriander Leaves – 3 tblspn chopped finely
Lemon Juice – to taste
Salt to taste


Method:

Take everything in a bowl and mix well. Chilli till you serve.

Serve cold.
