I'm so glad you found my blog so I could discover yours! You have so many foods here that I would love to try and make myself! I'm very excited!
I made this today! It's fabulous, as usual, but very different from your usual recipes, because it's not spicy at all. My husband loved the addition of those crispy fried onions. I think I added a little too much water to the chicken, because I got a lot of gravy, more than in the pictures, but it all evaporated during baking. So if anyone gets the same, don't worry. Because biryani takes so much work in itself, I didn't have time to prepare any curry, so I just served this with tomato and cucumber raita.
Really yummy. Loved the taste.
Tried it today. It came out very well. Such a lovely biryani
