No Bake Chocolate Strawberry Tart Recipe

Ok here you go, I am up with the tart which has strawberries and chocolate to celebrate this valentines day. This is one of the easiest and tastiest tart I have ever made and ever tasted. Are you worried that you don’t have a oven, chill out friends, this one is a NO BAKE version.  Don’t you have time to make the crust for a tart,  be cool, this crust takes less than 5 mins to make.  So why are you waiting,  go ahead and make it today.

This tart is so chocolaty, frankly you will get into chocolate sick when you have this. Each mouthful will dissolve meltingly in your mouth. It is that good.. I used strawberries as topping to make this more colourful, but you can easily use raspberry, blueberry or any fruit as you like.

Preparation Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 5 mins
Serves: 6 to 8

Ingredients:
For the crust:
Cookies – 30
Butter – 50 grams
For the filling:
Heavy cream / Fresh Cream- 200 ml
Chocolate – 400 grams chopped (use a combo of dark and milk)
Vanilla Essence -1 tsp
Instant Coffee Powder – 1 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp

Method:
Take cookies in a food processor or a bowl and crush or whip it up till they are crushed. Now add in melted butter and mix well.

Transfer this to a tart mould with a removable bottom and using a cup press it firmly and cover the edges of mould too.

Put this in the fridge for atleast 30 mins.

Meanwhile lets make the filling. Take heavy cream in a sauce pan and heat it till it gets to the simmering point.

Turn off the heat and pour this over chocolate and leave it alone for 5 mins.

After 5 mins whip this well with a whisk till it gets smooth and chocolaty. Add in salt, vanilla and coffee and mix well. Let this mixture cool for 5 mins.

Now pour this over the chilled crust and transfer to the fridge for 3-4 hours.

Once set top it with chopped strawberries

Slice and serve

Take all your ingredients
take biscuits in a bowl..you can use oreo biscuits as well
crush them well
now it is done

start by melting butter
set aside
add the butter in
mix well
spoon this in the pan
flatten it gently and put it in fridge to set 
take chocolate and chop it up
take it in a bowl
now heat some cream till it comes to a simmer
add it in
set aside for 5 mins
now use a whisk to mix till it is combined
now it is done
add in salt
add in vanilla
add in some coffee, i mixed some instant coffee with water
mix well
take the pan from fridge
pour it in
set this in fridge overnight
now it is set
take some strawberries
cut it like this
place it over the tart
Slice and serve

    this looks lovely. Just one doubt could we bake the biscuit/butter mix instead of leaving it in the fridge?? If yes wat duration
