One Pot Spaghetti Meatball Soup Recipe with step by step pictures. This is made with Minced Chicken and Spaghetti. Comfort food at its core, this is a one pot recipe and can be put together in just less than 35 mins.

One Pot Spaghetti & Meatball Soup

I love one pot meals, because after a long tiring day at work the first thing that puts you off is making dinner. During those times these kind of one pot meals will satisfy your hunger with minimum efforts.

This recipe is been in my list for quite a long time. It is so easy to make, hardly takes under 30 to 35 mins to put together..Most of the ingredients which you use in this is from your store cupboard. But the end product is so worth it. So much flavour and so satisfying.

In this soup, I used Spaghetti , they are a life saver because you don't have to worry about boiling it, draining it and stuffs like that. All you have to do is, throw it straight into the boiling sauce and you are done in minutes. Not only they are easy to make, but they have a great taste and texture as well.

I like this website very much, because of step by step photos and I dont have time or patience to watch videos. I use this site for inspiration while cooking. I have following this website for 3 years.

I just would like to comment that chicken and veggie stock can be made at home. i think there is already a post on this on this website. You can use maggie seasoning, ketchup, or one spoon of tomato sauce/spaghetti sauce. Or asian type of soup with soy sauce and ginger&garlic.

Also, any brand pasta or homemade pasta can be used. Rice, millets, oats, or veggies can be substituted for pasta. The possibilities are endless.
