Paneer Pepper Fry Recipe with step by step pictures. This is made with Paneer, Onion and Soy Sauce. Paneer cubes are fried and tossed in onion, pepper masala.

A delicious dish which is made with paneer. This is so easy to make, but taste really yummy. Few days back we went to our favourite vegetarian restaurant, there i ordered this one. And when we tasted it, it was so good. The next day i tried it at home and it turned out just yummy.

Ingredients for Paneer Pepper Fry Recipe
- Oil - 1 tbsp + for shallow frying
- Paneer - 200 grams cubed
- Onion - 1 medium size chopped finely
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
- Onion - 1 medium size cubed and petals separated
- Bell Pepper / Capsicum - ½ medium size cubed
- Green Chillies - 4 cut in a angle
- Curry Leaves - 2 sprigs
- Soy Sauce - 2 tsp
- Vinegar - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Sugar - ½ tsp
- Pepper - 2 tsp
For Batter:
- Cornflour / Cornstarch - 3 tbsp
- All Purpose Flour / Maida - 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Water as needed
How to make Paneer Pepper Fry Recipe
- Mix all the ingredients for the batter to a little thick paste. Dip paneer in this batter and fry in oil till golden., Drain and set aside.
- Heat tbsp of oil in the same pan, add in onions, chillies, curry leaves, salt, sugar and saute till golden.
- Add in ginger garlic paste and saute for a min.
- Add in cubed onions and bell pepper and saute for couple of mins.
- Add in soy sauce, vinegar and mix well.
- Add in the fried paneer and toss well.
- Add in cornflour mixed with water and toss well.
- Add in pepper and mix well.
- Add in coriander leaves and toss. Serve hot.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Oil + for shallow frying

Take flour and cornflour in a bowl |
