Pico ge gallo is a fresh dip or topping which is famous all over mexico..It is served with pretty much everything. Gives a fresh, citrus tang to those foods. It even makes bland flavourless dishes taste pretty good. I served this with burrito which we piled over every bite and its citrus tang was perfect. Loved the crunchy bite of the onions in this a lot..It added a bit of zing.

Ingredients for Mexican Pico De Gallo
- Onion - 1 large chopped very finely
- Tomatoes - 2 large chopped very finely
- Green Chillies - 1 or 2 deseeded and chopped finely
- Coriander Leaves or Cilatro - a handful chopped finely

- 2 large Tomatoes chopped very finely
- 1 or 2 deseeded Green Chillies chopped finely
