    Spiced tea is super comforting and soothing drink during monsoon season. When the weather gets cold and breezy, This warm spiced tea comes to the rescue.

    I usually love my hot drinks, they make me feel cozy and comfortable. I love to make this drink with any sweetner as you like. You can use keto friendly sugar or honey instead of regular sugar.

    How to Make Spiced Tea without Milk in 5 Easy Steps

    1. Gather all your spices
    2. Add spices along with little sweetner.
    3. Simmer this
    4. Then add tea powder and cook on low. Strain it.
    5. Serve warm or hot.

    Ingredients
      

    • 2 teaspoon Black Tea Powder
    • 4 cups Water
    • 1 stick Cinnamon
    • 5 Cardamom
    • 5 Cloves
    • 2 tablespoon Fresh Ginger
    • 2 teaspoon Black Pepper
    • ¼ cup Jaggery or Palm Sugar

    Instructions
     

    • Take spices in a mortar and pestle and crush it roughly.
    • Take it in a sauce pan. Add in water and jaggery and bring it to a boil.
    • Boil for 3 mins till spices infused in the water.
    • Now add in black tea and turn off the heat.
    • Leave it to steep for 3 mins.
    • Strain the tea using a tea strainer. Serve hot.

    Notes

    1. You can dry roast the whole spices and powder them coarse. Store this in a container and use them as needed.
    2. You can use any brand tea as you like.
    3. You can use any sweetner as you like.

    Spiced Tea with Step by Step pictures

    1)Take jaggery in a sauce pan

    2)Add in water as needed

    3)Now take your spices in a mortar and pestle. Take ginger, pepper, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom in a mortar.

    4)Crush it gently.

    5)Spices is crushed.

    6) Add it into the sauce pan.

    7)Mix well.

    8)Heat it and bring it to a boil.

    9)Bring it to a boil and cook for 5 mins.

    10)Add in black tea.

    11)Turn off the heat. Leave it for a min.

    12)Strain the tea.

    13)tea done.

    14)Serve hot.
