Spinach Cauliflower Soup
- Butter - 2 tsp
- Crushed garlic - 4
- Cauliflower - 2 cups
- Spinach - 2 cups
- Water as needed
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- Cumin Powder - ½ tsp
- Water as needed
- Heat butter in a kadai.
- Add in cauliflower and saute till cooked.
- Add in spinach and mix well. Cook till vegetables is cooked.
- Now take it in a blender and puree till smooth.
- Now take it in a pan, add water and mix well.
- Season with salt, pepper and cumin powder and bring it to a boil.
- Mix well. Serve hot.
1)Heat little butter in a pan
2)Add in crushed garlic
3)Saute for a min
4)Add in cauliflower cubes
5)Cook till cauliflower is well seared.
6)Add in spinach
7)Cook till it is wilted
8)Take it in a blender
9)Puree till smooth.
10)Take it in a kadai. Add little water.
11)Season with salt.
12)Season with pepper and a touch of cumin powder
14)Mix well and simmer for few minutes.
