    Stuffed Potato Rolls

Hai Friends, Hope everyone had a great weekend. I too enjoyed my weekend a lot. Yesterday one of my sister from US came to our house with her kids. They were so lovely. I made a huge pizza and rava upma. They all liked it so much and finished the entire pizza in minutes.

Now coming back to today’s recipe. This is a Potato Roll recipe from “Sanjeev Kapoor’s Wraps and Rolls” Cookbook. This cookbook have lots of simple and spectacular wraps that can be easily made at home.

    Ingredients for Potato Rolls

    • Breadcrumbs-2 cup ( I just powdered some bread pieces)
    • Potato-1 cup boiled and mashed
    • Onion-1 chopped finely
    • Mozzarella Cheese-1 cup grated
    • Cilantro-2 tbsp minced
    • Pista-2 tbsp chopped
    • Chat masala -1 tsp(optional)
    • Pepper to taste

    How to Make Potato Rolls

    1. In a mixing bowl add in potato, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and mix all together till it forms a dough consistency. Divide into balls and keep aside.
    2. In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients given for filling and set aside.
    3. Apply some oil in hands and take the dough ball. Press it so that it forms a kind of shell. Stuff the filling in this and close it and roll into log shape. (Refer picture)
    4. Heat some oil for shallow frying and fry this till golden.
    5. Serve it with ketchup.
