Makes : 1 cup
Ingredients:
Sundakkai / Turkey berry – 1 cup
Dry Red Chillies – 2 to 3
Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam – 2 tsp
Garlic – 3 cloves
Oil – 1 tsp
Method:
Heat oil in a kadai, add in sundakkai and fry till golden.
Add in chillies and cumin seed and fry for a min.
Take this in a blender, add in garlic and salt.
Powder it finely.
Serve this with rice drizzle with some ghee.
You can keep this in fridge or at room temp for couple of weeks.
Take all your ingredients..You dont need salt, since the turkey berry is salted |
