    Tofu Nuggets Recipe with step by step pictures. This is made with Potatoes and Tofu. Quick snack to make for kids.

    Tofu & Potato Nuggets

    I had a block of tofu sitting in the fridge, i wanted to use them ASAP. The first thing which came to my mind is this nuggets. it is so easy to make and taste really yummy. Specially kids will love it..

    Ingredients for Tofu & Potato Nuggets

    • Potatoes - 1 medium size boiled and mashed
    • Tofu - 100 grams crumbled
    • Frozen Peas - ½ cup
    • All Purpose Flour / Maida - 2 tablespoon + 2 tbsp
    • Salt to taste
    • Pepper to taste
    • Coriander Leaves - 3 tablespoon finely chopped
    • Bread Crumbs - 1 cup
    • Oil - 1 tablespoon + for Deep frying

    How to make Tofu & Potato Nuggets

    1. Heat oil in a pan. Take potatoes, tofu and peas in a pan. Saute for couple of mins.
    2. Now add in salt, pepper, flour, coriander leaves and mix well.
    3. Take small portion from it and shape it into ball. You can form like oval shape too.
    4. Now take flour in a bowl, add some water to it and make it into a little thin paste.
    5. Dip balls in this and roll it in breadcrumbs. Put this in fridge for 30 mins or so.
    6. Heat oil for deep frying, drop in oil and fry till golden.
    7. Drain it onto some paper towel.
    8. Serve

    Tofu & Potato Nuggets Recipe step by step picture 

     
    Take all your ingredients. Check out My Homemade Tofu Recipe.
    Heat little oil in a pan, add in tofu, potatoes and peas
    toss well
    season with salt and pepper
    add in coriander leaves
    mix well
    add in flour
    Toss well
    Take small portion of dough
    Shape it into ball
    shape it into log like
    now it is done
    Take some flour in a bowl
    add in water
    make it into a runny paste
    take breadcrumbs in a plate
    now time to make
    first dip the balls in flour mix
    coat it well
    now coat will breadcrumbs
    coat well
    remove it
    Chill this for 30 mins
    now drop it in oil
    fry till golden
    Drain it
    Serve
