    Tri Colour Grill Sandwich

This is one hell of a sandwich, my favourite. Even looking at them make me drool, it is so good. Not only it is pretty to look at but it packs tons of flavours as well. Both the chutney along with the generous amount of butter never goes wrong..

Ingredients for Tri Colour Grill Sandwich

    • Bread Slices - 6 (Sandwich Bread)
    • Butter as needed

    For Green Chutney:

    • Coriander Leaves - ¼ cup
    • Mint Leaves - ¼ cup
    • Green Chilli - 1
    • Sugar - ½ tsp
    • Salt to taste
    • Lemon Juice - 1 tsp

    • Dry Red Chillies - 4 ( I used kashmiri)
    • Garlic - 1 fat clove

This is great to put in your kids lunch box, when making for them reduce the chilli level, but never go short with the butter, because that what makes it even more tasty..
