When i made my palak chole, i had some leftover chickpeas. First i decided to make a chana chaat for me, but then i thought i would share a kabab recipe made with chana. It is called as shammi kabab and it is so easy to make but taste very good and healthy for you as well.

This is so good and a guilt free snack because it used very very less oil, frankly you dont need to deep fry these, this kabab is meant to be pan fried with few drops of oil. I have another version of stuffed kabab will be sharing it another time..
Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you..
