How to Make Perfect Green Tea – Weight Loss Tea Recipe

We have been gaining a lot of weight recently, so hubby and i have decided to go on a diet. And i decided to start a new section in my baby blog ” lose weight with me” soon, so make sure you check that…So you will be seeing lots of diet and weight loss recipes on yummy tummy. I hope this will help so many people out there. 

Now coming to today’s recipe, it is green tea. When you are in diet, drinking green tea and natural hot drinks helps in weight loss. I make so many version of hot drinks..Mostly i will be consuming green tea a lot. Many of my viewers asked me how to make green tea, so here i am sharing my version of it.

Mango Iced Tea
Ginger Cardamom Chai
Masala Chai
Grape Iced Tea
Mint tea
Pomegranate Tea
Honey Lemon Tea
Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you..
Serves: 2

Ingredients:
Water – 2 servings glassful
Green Tea – 1/2 tsp
Honey to taste (optional)
Method:
Take water in a sauce pan, bring it to a rolling boil. 
Now take it off the heat and add in green tea. Cover the pan with a lid and let it sit for 3 to 5 mins.
Strain and enjoy.
You can add honey to taste, even some lemon juice can be added. But i dont add anything to it.

take water in the cup which you will serve

add it in

Put it on heat 

bring it to a boil

now take it off the heat and add green tea leaves

cover the pan with a lid and let it sit for 5 mins

now the tea is infused

lets strain it

pour it through a strainer

    Hi dear…you can even add ginger and cardamom to boiling water…this enhances the flavour and has medicinal properties also😊

    There are innumerable benefits of using green tea, but I like it mostly because it helps keeping me slim and younger looking.
