Easy White Garlic Pizza Recipe / Italian White Pizza Recipe


This is different from my normal pizza. It doesn't have the regular tomato base, it use a garlic oil base. If you are a fan of garlic and garlic bread like me then you will be a fan of this recipe as well.

I used my NO FAIL BASIC PIZZA DOUGH recipe, it is my fail proof recipe and gives the perfect result everytime. Since there is no much toppings in this pizza the crust really speaks in this one. This pizza has a simple garlic herb oil brushing  over it and has lots of cheese over it..So good..

Preparation Time: 10 mins
Cooking Time : 10 mins
Makes : 1 or 2 pizza

Ingredients:

Basic Pizza Dough - 1/2 the recipe (CHECK RECIPE HERE)
Olive Oil - 1 tblspn
Garlic - 1 fat clove or 2 small clove
Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste
Italian Seasoning - 1/2 tsp
Mozarrella Cheese - 3/4 cup or two handfuls

Method:

Set oven to grill mode. Set temp to 250 Degree C. Take a baking tray and line it with foil, pop the tray into the oven and let it preheat.

Take other ingredients except cheese and dough in a bowl and mix well. This is garlic oil.

Take your dough, spread it out evenly, create a border.

Place this over the hot tray and pop it into the oven on the top rack and cook for 5 mins.

Now remove it and brush it with the garlic oil and sprinkle with cheese.

Pop back into the oven and grill for another 4 to 5 mins till the edges are golden and cheese is molten.

Remove from oven., cut into wedges and serve hot.

Take all your ingredients

First start by setting your oven to grill mode, set
temprature to 250 degree C. Put the tray on the top rack
This is my basic pizza dough recipe, check recipe here

Now lets make the garlic oil, take olive oil in a bowl

grate in a bit of garlic, i did 1 fat clove

once it is grated in

sprinkle some salt

and some pepper

add in some italian seasoning

mix well

done
take a portion of your dough

use your hands to spread it out, or use a rolling pin

now it is rolled..Dont roll it too thick, then it will 
take more time to cook and wont get crispy

I like to make a rim in my pizza, so i used my
fingers to create a border

remove the hot hot tray from oven and put the
pizza dough over it

pop it inside the oven and cook in grill mode for
5 mins on the top rack of the oven

now remove it and brush generously with garlic oil

brush it all over the pizza

even on the sides

now all beautifully brushed

take your mozarrella cheese and sprinkle generously

now it is done

pop it inside the oven on the top rack and grill it for
3 to 4 mins or until the edges are golden and cheese is melted

DONE

use a pizza wheel to make slices

enjoy it hot

  7. Please show a picture when you put the baking tray in the oven. When I put my tray in the middle shelf , it get burnt from bottom!!!!!

  9. hellooos pls tell me wat utensils can i use jn my motphy richards microwave in gollowin optiond :
    1- micro + convection ?? can i use d glass bowl ? or d steal rack ptovided vd d microwace?? and also drez ine big round tray in blak metal i yhink shd i use? am v much confuse vd my mictowave due to whc m nt abt to use it n make recripes whc i reall wan to.
