This is different from my normal pizza. It doesn't have the regular tomato base, it use a garlic oil base. If you are a fan of garlic and garlic bread like me then you will be a fan of this recipe as well.

NO FAIL BASIC PIZZA DOUGH
I used my NO FAIL BASIC PIZZA DOUGH recipe, it is my fail proof recipe and gives the perfect result everytime. Since there is no much toppings in this pizza the crust really speaks in this one. This pizza has a simple garlic herb oil brushing over it and has lots of cheese over it..So good..

Preparation Time: 10 mins
Cooking Time : 10 mins
Makes : 1 or 2 pizza
Olive Oil - 1 tblspn
Garlic - 1 fat clove or 2 small clove
Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste
Italian Seasoning - 1/2 tsp
Mozarrella Cheese - 3/4 cup or two handfuls
Set oven to grill mode. Set temp to 250 Degree C. Take a baking tray and line it with foil, pop the tray into the oven and let it preheat.
Take other ingredients except cheese and dough in a bowl and mix well. This is garlic oil.
Take your dough, spread it out evenly, create a border.
Place this over the hot tray and pop it into the oven on the top rack and cook for 5 mins.
Now remove it and brush it with the garlic oil and sprinkle with cheese.
Pop back into the oven and grill for another 4 to 5 mins till the edges are golden and cheese is molten.
Remove from oven., cut into wedges and serve hot.

|Now lets make the garlic oil, take olive oil in a bowl|
|grate in a bit of garlic, i did 1 fat clove|
|once it is grated in|
|sprinkle some salt|
|and some pepper|
|add in some italian seasoning|
|take a portion of your dough|
|use your hands to spread it out, or use a rolling pin|
|now it is rolled..Dont roll it too thick, then it will |
take more time to cook and wont get crispy
|I like to make a rim in my pizza, so i used my |
fingers to create a border
|remove the hot hot tray from oven and put the |
pizza dough over it
|pop it inside the oven and cook in grill mode for |
5 mins on the top rack of the oven
|now remove it and brush generously with garlic oil|
|brush it all over the pizza|
|even on the sides|
|now all beautifully brushed|
|take your mozarrella cheese and sprinkle generously|
|now it is done|
|pop it inside the oven on the top rack and grill it for |
3 to 4 mins or until the edges are golden and cheese is melted
|use a pizza wheel to make slices|
|enjoy it hot|
