Easy & Healthy Lemon Sorbet
Sorbet is my favourite. Because it is easy to make, delicious to eat, plus it is healthy than icecream, so we can eat it without any guilt.

Ingredients for Easy & Healthy Lemon Sorbet
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Water - 2 cup
- Lemon Juice - ¼ cup
- Lemon Zest - ½ tsp


How to Make Easy & Healthy Lemon Sorbet
- Take Sugar, water in a sauce pan and heat till it is melted.
- Pour it into a bowl and let it cool a bit.
- Now add in lemon juice and zest.
- Mix well. Cover and freeze for 3 to 4 hours.
- Now take it in a blender and puree till smooth. Transfer it into the bowl and freeze for 1 more hour. Now repeat this for 3 times.
- Scoop and serve.

Lemon Sorbet Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup Sugar

It looks refreshing :). As of now, i do not have a blender can i crush and refreeze instead of using blender.

@Sunshineyou can blend them using handblender or in a food processor. Blending is what makes this sorbet smooth

Aarthi today i tried this recipe but after 4hrs it is not firm n still it is in freezer only . What is the reason ........pl revert soon waiting.....
