Soda Bread Rolls Recipe - Yeast Free Soda Buns Recipe

I made this easy bread rolls few days back. It turned out so soft and yummy. Plus you dont have to worry about yeast and proofing them and stuffs like that. This buns can be made from start to finish in under 30 mins or probably 40 mins.

The rising agent in this buns is baking soda and it activates when added straight into yogurt. This combination makes the buns rise and makes it soft. Such a easy principle but the end result is so good..I used this buns to make my honey mustard chicken burgers..

You dont have to make burger using this, this taste so good warm with a slather of butter..Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you..

Preparation Time : 5 mins
Baking Time : 25 mins

I tried dis..taste was really good..thanks fr such a easy Recepie..bt the top and bottom was hard it's not a soft single layer, and buns got cracked on top..Wat may be the reason?

  4. @Shami Hajruli think the dough was little tough. the dough has to be very soft and sticky. and before baking make the buns little flat. dont over bake

  5. Is it possible to make these buns using whole wheat flour instead of maida?

  6. @Asha Baskaru can make with wheat but it will be little denser
