Soy Sauce - 2 tsp
Fish Sauce - 2 tsp
White Wine Vinegar - 2 tsp

Water as needed
Baking Powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Panko Breadcrumbs - 1 cup or any breadcrumbs
