    Chocolate dates energy bites are a mixture of nutritional ingredients together to form a ball. This mini bites taste so good and is very healthy.

    Can you imagine a sweet that can be made in under 5 to 10 mins. A really easy and quick sweet for this diwali or any time of your year to satisfy your sweet cravings.
     
    This one is so good because it just needs a handful of ingredients and it is sweet, crunchy and chewy as well.

    You can use any ingredients as you like in this. The sticky base is dates, in that you can add anything as you like. Any nuts, chia seeds, oatmeal, dried fruits. The options are endless.

    Preparation

    • Take dates, cocoa, honey, nuts and flax seeds in a bowl and mix well.
    • Shape it into small balls and roll in coconut.
    • Chill in fridge for 30 mins and serve.

    • 15 Dates chopped finely
    • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
    • 3 tbsp Honey
    • ½ cup Mixed Nuts
    • 2 tbsp Flax seeds
    • ½ cup Desiccated Coconut

    Instructions

    • Take dates, cocoa, honey, nuts and flax seeds in a bowl and mix well.
    • Shape it into small balls and roll in coconut.
    • Chill in fridge for 30 mins and serve.

    Take all your ingredients

     

    deseed them and chop finely

     

    take it in a bowl

     

    add nuts

     

    add cocoa powder

     

    flax seeds

     

    add honey

     

    time to mix

     

    now it is mixed

     

    take small portions

     

    roll it in coconut

     

    like this

     

    done

     

    chill and serve
