Chicken Balls
Many of you asked me to share toddler recipes, so couple days back i tried few recipes and it turned out delicious.
This is a recipe which you can make in bulk and freeze. So you can make them whenever you need them. If you are a vegetarian, skip the chicken and add any veggies as you like, just chop them finely and use.
Ingredients for Chicken Balls
- Chicken cooked and shredded
- Cheese grated
- Coriander Leaves
- Oregano
- Chilli Flakes
- Bread crumbs
- All Purpose Flour

Chicken Balls Preparation
- Take all the ingredients given until breadcrumbs in a bowl and mix well to form a soft dough.
- Divide it into equal portions and shape into balls.
- Take 2 tblspn flour in a bowl, and 2 tblspn of flour in another bowl, add some water to one and make it into a thin paste.Now take breadcrumbs in a plate.
- Take one ball and roll it in flour, dip it in flour paste and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Now deep fry this till golden.
- Drain and serve.

Ingredients

hi aarthi, i tried many of your recipes and it came out well.. but, in this recipe, all my chicken balls got opened while frying in oil.. can u help me find the reason?

Hi Aarthi.. this recipe looks simple and yet tempting.. Can you please let me know if you have used a specific brand of bread crumbs? I am asking this because the texture looks very different from what I have normally and I think thats what gives that flaky look to the balls.. please let me and thanks a lot 🙂
