Many of you asked me to share toddler recipes, so couple days back i tried few recipes and it turned out delicious.

This is a recipe which you can make in bulk and freeze. So you can make them whenever you need them. If you are a vegetarian, skip the chicken and add any veggies as you like, just chop them finely and use.

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Cooking Time : 25 mins
Makes : 6 to 10
Chicken – 1 cup cooked and shredded
Cheese – 1 cup grated
Coriander Leaves – 2 tblspn finely chopped
Oregano – 1/2 tsp
Chilli Flakes – 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Breadcrumbs – 1 cup
All Purpose Flour – 2 tblspn+ 2 tblspn
Oil for Deep Frying
Take all the ingredients given until breadcrumbs in a bowl and mix well to form a soft dough.
Divide it into equal portions and shape into balls.
Take 2 tblspn flour in a bowl, and 2 tblspn of flour in another bowl, add some water to one and make it into a thin paste.Now take breadcrumbs in a plate.
Take one ball and roll it in flour, dip it in flour paste and coat with breadcrumbs.
Now deep fry this till golden.
Drain and serve.
|I used chicken breast, take it in a sauce pan and
cover with water
|cook for 10 to 12 mins till chicken is done|
|Take chicken in a bowl|
|add salt and chilli flakes|
|add coriander leaves|
|take small porions|
|roll it into ball|
|take all purpose flour in a bowl|
|place the ball in this and roll|
|now mix some water in the flour|
|dip this in that|
|now it is coated|
|roll it in crumbs|
|set aside in fridge for 30 mins|
|drop in hot oil|
|fry on all sides till golden|
