Cabbage sabzi is one dish which i made few days back and it turns out yummy. You can serve it with rasam rice, sambar rice or curd rice.

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Cooking Time : 20 mins
Oil – 3 tblspn
Mustard seeds / Kaduku – 1 tsp
Urad dal / Ulundu Paruppu – 1 tsp
Curry leaves – 1 sprig
Cabbage – 3 cups chopped
Onion – 1 chopped finely
Green Chillies – 2 chopped
Gram Flour / Besan / Kadalai Mavu – 3 tblspn
Salt to taste
Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
Take cabbage, onion, besan, salt, turmeric and chilli powder and toss well.
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, urad dal and curry leaves and let it sizzle.
Add in cabbage mix and toss well. Cook and stir for 5 mins.
Cover and simmer for 10 mins.
Now toss well.

|add in onions and green chillies|
|add in salt, turmeric and chilli powder|
|add in gram flour|
|heat oil in a pan|
|add urad dal and mustard seeds|
|you can add curry leaves at this point|
|cook for few mins|
|cover and cook on a low heat|
