Finally my athai (aunt) gave me a recipe for the delicious chicken gravy and ghee rice which is served in wedding. Immediately I tried it and loved it to the core.

This recipe looks amazing! I'd love to try it but I don't have a pressure cooker. Can I cook it in a slow cooker and if so, how many hours do you suggest? Thanks.
