Coconut agar agar jelly has two layered coconut jelly. One is a creamy coconut layer and other is a clear coconut jelly. I took idea from my broken glass jelly pudding and finger jello.

    Coconut Agar Agar Jelly Pudding

This is a delicious pudding not only to look at but it taste yummy too. I am sure kids will love this for sure.

I used agar agar in this as a setting agent which is a natural cooler for our body and it is really good for us too.

Can we substitute gelatin with agar agar?

Gelatin can be used as well. Use 1.5 tblspn of gelatin instead of china grass. Soak the gelatin in ½ cup of cold water for 10 mins, then heat gently till it is melted and use in the recipe.
