Russian Salad Recipe - Vegetarian Russian Salad Recipe with step wise pictures.

This is a creamy addictive salad made with lots of veggies and mayonnaise. Even though it is not the healthiest salad but it is a great way to include veggies in your diet.

This is one salad which i had on one of our trip. It is quite easy to make as well. The salad itself is very creamy and when had with some rolls or bread it taste so yummy. Traditionally they add boiled eggs, pickles and ham in this. I will share that version soon. This version is pure veg, you can use eggless mayo instead of regular mayo too.
