Fresh Beetroot Juice Recipe – Beet Juice for Blood Pressure with step wise pictures.

Healthy and highly nutritious fresh beetroot juice which is not only delicious but is super healthy for your kids and for you too.

Beetroot juice is high in nutrition and is super easy to make. Studies have showed that beet juice reduces blood pressure.Drinking 2 cups of beet juice lowers blood pressure in a healthy adults. Also it helps to improve stamina during intense exercise.

Ingredients

  • Beetroot - 2 peeled and chopped
  • Water as needed
  • Sugar to taste
  • Lemon Juice to taste

Instructions

  • Take beets and water in a blender and puree till smooth.
  • Strain it and set aside.
  • Add sugar and lemon to taste.
  • Serve cold.

1)Peel beetroots

2)Chop it and take it in a blender

3)Puree till smooth. Add little water as needed

Mango Lemonade
Strawberry Lemonade
Mint Masala Soda
Mint Squash

4)Strain this.

5)Now the juice is strained

6)Add sugar to taste

7)Add lemon juice

8)Mix well

9)Serve cold

    I absolutely love beetroot juice, I would love to try with the watermelon and cucumber which would make it a lot less sweet but equally refreshing. 🙂
