  2. Hi Aarthi, can't thank you enough for the recipes. Every morning I check your website on what to cook! Tried this yesterday. But because my cauliflower was quite soft due to initial steaming, it was still soft after I fried it. While the coating was crunchy, cauliflower was not. My oil level was not too deep either. Just covered the cauliflower. Please advise.

  3. Aarthi, missed asking 1 more question – another blogger added yogurt instead of water. Does this make a difference? If yes, what are the differences? Thanks.
