My mom is a fan of my popsicles so i try to make it often. Since i am in a popsicle making mood. She started demanding many popsicle recipes to me.

    Ingredients for Carrot Popsicles

    Carrot popsicles is made with just 3 ingredients. Just add the ingredients in blender and puree till smooth. 

    Carrots - Use cooked carrots, steamed carrots is used for maximum nutrients.

    Condensed milk - sweetened condensed milk adds sweetness as well as creaminess.

    Milk - Adding milk makes the popsicles creamy.

    • 2 Carrot (cooked)
    • Sugar to taste
    • ¼ cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
    • 2 cups Milk

    Instructions
     

    • Take all ingredients in a blender and puree till smooth.
    • Pour it into popsicle mould and freeze overnight.
    • Run the mould under tap water and unmould. Serve.

    3)Take boiled carrots in a blender, add in milk, sugar and condensed milk
