    Chilli Prawns Recipe with step by step pictures. This spicy chilli garlic prawns recipe is made with Prawns, Tomato Sauce and Soy Sauce. Chilli prawns dry taste amazing with fried rice or noodles.

    This is like the best prawn dish i ever tasted and ever made. It is like mouthwateringly good.

    This is so easy to make and so delicious to enjoy. I had it with prawn fried rice and the combo was so good. I have few more prawn recipes to try and share here..if you need any recipes just mail me or comment here.

    Ingredients for Chilli Prawns Recipe(chilli garlic prawns recipe)

    • Oil - 1 tsp
    • Ginger - 1 tsp finely chopped
    • Garlic - 1 tsp finely chopped
    • Dry Red Chillies - 2 broken into small pieces
    • Spring Onion - 3 white part 
    • Bell Peppers / Capsicum - ½ chopped into small pieces
    • Soy Sauce - 1 tsp
    • Red Chilli Sauce - 2 tbsp
    • Green Chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp
    • Vinegar - 1 tsp
    • Salt to taste
    • Sugar - ½ tsp
    • Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
    • Spring Onion - 2 green part chopped finely
    • Cornflour / Cornstarch - 1 tsp dissolved in 1 tblsp of water
    For Marinating Prawns:
    • Prawns - 20 medium size 
    • Soy Sauce - 1 tsp
    • Salt to taste
    • Pepper to taste
    • Cornflour / Cornstarch - 4 tbsp
    • Water a little if needed
    • Oil for deep frying

    How to make Chilli Prawns Recipe (chilli garlic prawns recipe)

    1. Take prawns in a bowl and add all the ingredients given for marinating except oil.
    2. Mix well. Now heat oil for deep frying in a pan, drop prawns in and fry till golden.
    3. Drain it and set aside.
    4. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a frying pan, add in ginger, garlic and dry red chillies. Saute for a min.
    5. Add in white part of spring onion and saute for a min.
    6. Add in capsicum and saute for a min.
    7. Now add in soya sauce, red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, vinegar, salt, sugar and pepper. Boil it for 1 to 2 mins.
    8. Add in fried prawns and toss well in the sauce.
    9. Mix cornflour with some water and mix well.Pour this into the sauce and toss well.
    10. Add in green part of spring onion. Toss once. Serve.

    Ingredients
      

    • 1 tsp Oil
    • 1 tsp Ginger finely chopped

    First take prawns in a bowl

      How will you get to know that the prawns are cooked? I have necver made it before.
