    About China Grass Milkshake

A milkshake is a sweet beverage produced by combining milk, ice cream, and flavourings or sweeteners like butterscotch, caramel sauce, chocolate syrup, fruit syrup, or entire fruit in a thick, sweet, chilly concoction. It can also be made using a non-dairy foundation, such as plant milks like almond milk, coconut milk, or soy milk.

Milkshakes first appeared in the United States at the beginning of the twentieth century, and their popularity soared in the two decades after the advent of electric blenders.

Agar-agar is a versatile hydrocolloid that dissolves entirely in hot water or milk. China grass, also known as china grass, is a nutritious substitute for gelatin. Agar agar is a seaweed-derived jelly-like material.

    Ingredients for China grass Milkshake

    Condensed Milk :

When compared to regular milk, condensed milk has a longer shelf life and less moisture. It is widely used in desserts, sweet-savory foods, fudge, candies, waffles, and baked goods, as well as as a companion to coffee, tea, and other beverages.

    Agar Agar:

Agar is a red algae-derived galactose-based heterogeneous polysaccharide. It's a polysaccharide that's made up of agarose and agaropectin polymers. 70 percent agarose and 30 percent agaropectin are common agar compositions. Unlike gelatine, agar agar can be boiled and can even be re-melted if necessary
