Summer is already here and the heat is rising…This says that it is a perfect time to make all sorts of stuffs that keeps you cool like juices, shakes and most important icecreams…I made this a month before and it was in my draft for a while..And this is the time to give this awesome icecream a final touch and deliver to you…The cool thing about this icecream is you don’t need a icecream maker to make it, I don’t have one either…..And it don’t need heavy cream, you can make it with regular milk which is a lot more healthier..And the important thing is it is eggless, isn’t that cool…You can make it with nay fruit like mango, pineapple, grapes..you can even add any nuts into it…

I hope you will love it for sure and see you all in another recipe..
Ingrediants:
Milk – ½ litre / 500 ml + 50 ml
Sugar – 200 gms+ 2 tblspn
Strawberry – 2 cups
Vanilla – 2 tblspn
Cornflour / Corn Starch – 2 tblspn
Lemon Juice – 1 tblspn
Method:
Chop up strawberries and sprinkle it with sugar and set aside for 10 mins. Now take it in a blender and make into a rough puree.
Heat milk in a kadai, Add vanilla and sugar and mix well. Bring it to a boil.
Now Dissolve cornstarch with 50 ml of milk and pour it over the boiling milk stirring till it gets little thick..Cook for around 5 more mins more..
Now pour this into another bowl and allow it to cool down.
Add crushed strawberries and mix well. Add some lemon juice and mix well.
Pour it back into a freezer container and freeze for 3-4 hours..
Now Transfer it into a blender and blend it till it gets smooth.
Pour it back into the container and cover with a lid put it back in the freezer for abour 2-3 hours..
Take it out in a blender and make into a puree again. Tranfer back into a freezer container and freeze it for 6-8 hours or overnight.
Scoop and serve with fresh strawberries..
Pictorial:
Take all your ingrediants
you need fresh strawberries
chop them up
add sugar to it
and mix well
Heat milk in a kadai
add vanilla
add sugar
and bring it to boil
mix a small amount of milk with cornflour
and pour it in
and mix till it gets thick…
it should coat the back of a wooden spoon…
Pour this into a jug and allow it cool down..
now take the strawberries in a blender
and blend it well
Pour this into the thickened milk
and mix well
add some lemon juice to it
and mix well…
Pour this into a container
and freeze it
take it in a blender
and blend it
Pour this back into a container
and freeze
till its frozen
Scoop and serve
serve immediately
