Summer is officially here. And believe it or not, i don't feel like having anythings except drink lots and lots of water and juices. Thats what i crave for now. My grocery shopping is now including lots and lots of fruits and veggies now. I can never stop getting them.As soon as i wake up in the morning i make breakfast for everyone, but for me it is juices. I made a bunch of lemon juice and muskmelon juice yesterday and kept in the fridge, i had it throughout the day. And at the end of the day i felt great.

Cantaloupe makes a great fruit to have this summer, it is cheap plus it is filled with lots of water. You can add it to salads, juices make milkshake out of it and it taste wonderful. So try this simple juice and let me know how it turned out..

    1. Cut muskmelon in half and scoop the seeds out.
    2. Now scoop the flesh from it and add it to a blender.
    3. Add sugar and lemon juice to it and make into a smooth puree.
    4. Add water as needed and puree again.
