    Sugarcane Juice

I never thought that we would be able to make sugarcane juice at home. I thought that juicing sugarcane can be only done in that heavy duty machine. But all my doubts were cleared when sharmi shared the recipe of making sugarcane juice using mixie or blender. I had a sugarcane sadly lying in the corner waiting to be used, so i took that out and made this juice and it was delicious and very refreshing.

    Ingredients for Sugarcane Juice

    Sugarcane / Karumbu - 1
Ginger - 1 thumb piece peeled and chopped
    Lemon Juice to taste
