Popcorn chicken is my little one's favourite recipe. It turned out to be crispy and crunchy with whole lot of taste and flavour in it. I have already shared a recipe for popcorn chicken, this one is a updated version and it turned out to be way more delicious.

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Marinating Time : 1 hour
Cooking Time : 1 to 2 mins
Boneless chicken breast - 1 chopped very finely
Buttermilk or yogurt - 3 tblspn
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
All Purpose Flour / Maida - ½ cup
Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste
Garlic Powder - 1 tsp
Paprika or chilli powder - 1 tsp
Oregano - 1 tsp
Baking Powder - ½ tsp
Take chicken, buttermilk and salt in a bowl. mix well and leave to marinate for 1 hour.
Now take all the coating ingredients in a bowl, add the chicken in and toss well.
Now heat oil for deep frying.
Drop chicken in and fry till crispy.
Drain and serve.

|add pepper powder|
|add little paprika|

|drop in hot oil and fry till golden|
|Drain and serve|
