    Mango Salsa Recipe

    This is mango season and how can i not make a salsa because it is my favourite. I made this yesterday and i am in love with it for sure. It taste so delicious when chilled, i loved the freshness of the coriander, the tanginess of lemon and the little kick from chilli..It is yum.

    Ingredients for Mango Salsa

    • Ripe Mangoes - 1 large chopped finely
    • Green Chilli - 1 tsp chopped finely
    • Coriander leaves - 2 tblspn finely chopped
    • Salt to taste
    • Sugar - ½ tsp
    • Lemon Juice - 1 tblspn or to taste

    • 1 large Ripe Mangoes chopped finely
    • 1 Green Chilli chopped finely
    • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves finely chopped

    Instructions
     

    • Mix all ingredients together and let it sit in fridge for an hour.
    • Serve.
