Millets plays a important role in my family diet, i cook quite a lot using them and try to include it atlease once a week. Few days back i showed you how to cook samai or little millet. From that i got some leftover, which i stored in a air tight container in fridge. It was sitting in fridge for couple of days and i wanted to use them in some recipes. Finally i decided to make a delicious millets tikki using that and the result it turned out so delicious and healthy snack.
