    Nutella Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies

    As soon as i saw this video on youtube, i know i have to give it a try. It is such a amazing fully loaded cookie to try but taste so delicious and pretty easy to make as well. Anything with Nutella in them, it is mine.

    This cookie may sound so fancy, but actually it is just so easy to make and it is a fool proof recipe. I have been baking quite a lot these days, because i want to share as much recipe as possible for this Christmas. So keep checking it, and if you want any baked goodie recipe, let me know..

    Ingredients for Nutella Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies

    • All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1 ¾ cup / 210 grams
    • Granulated Sugar - ½ cup / 100 grams
    • Brown Sugar - ⅓ cup / 65 grams
    • Unsalted Soft Butter - ½ cup / 110 grams
    • Egg - 1
    • Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
    • Baking Soda / Cooking Soda - ½ tsp
    • Salt - ¾ tsp
    • Nutella - 1 cup or as needed
    • Chocolate Chips - ¾ cup

    (My 1 cup measures 240 ml)

    How to make Nutella Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies

    1. Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
    2. Take Nutella in a bowl and put it in freezer for 10 mins to firm up. Take flour, baking soda, salt in a bowl and mix well. Set aside.
    3. Take butter, brown sugar, sugar and vanilla in a bowl and cream it well till fluffy.
    4. Add in egg and beat till creamy.
    5. Now add in flour mix in and mix well. Now add in chocolate chips and mix well.
    6. Now use an ice cream scoop and scoop some dough. Flatten it and spoon some Nutella in the centre and bring the sides together and seal it. Roll it into a smooth dough and flatten it lightly.
    7. Arrange it in a baking sheet and bake for 10 to 15 mins depending on the size of the dough.
    8. Now remove it from oven and cool it down for 10 mins.
    9. Now remove it to a cooling rack and cool completely.
    10. Serve or store it in air tight container.

    Ingredients

    • 1 ¾ cup All Purpose Flour / Maida 210 grams

    Nutella Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe step by step picture 

     
    Take all your ingredients

    First take your nutella
    spoon it in a bowl
    put it in freezer for few mins
    take flour in a bowl.
    add in baking soda and salt
    mix well...set aside
    Take butter in a bowl
    add in sugar and brown sugar ( i used jaggery)
    Add in vanilla
    Beat using a beater till creamy
    Add in egg
     
     
    beat well
    add in flour mix
    mix well
    add in chocolate chips
    mix well
    now take your nutella, it must be little firm now
    use a icecream scoop to scoop some dough
    roll it out
    flatten it
    spoon a generous amount of nutella in
    seal it up
    pinch the edges
    Roll it out smoothly
    Flatten it lightly
    place it in a parchment paper
    if you find it difficult to do that in your hands, You can flatten the dough in the parchment paper
    spoon nutella in
    seal them
    Now it is ready to bake..
    i baked it for 15 mins
    It is soft, chewy and chocolaty goodness
    the bottom is golden as well
    Cool it and enjoy

      Awesome Nutella chocolate chip cookie.
      I just want to know whether the jaggery u have used is KARUPATTI or any other kind of jaggery, since the colour of jaggery is dark.

      @Chitrano it is not karupatti..it is palm jaggery. Karupatti will dominate the flavour.
