I always wanted to post Onion Dosa recipe in my blog. I know it is simple to make, but this is my favorite.. I eat it always..So how would i not post it in ‘MY’ blog..Onion dosa is pretty easy to make, but i add some extra special things like coriander leaves and idli podi in mine..I think it taste great that way..
The key to a good onion dosa is the bottom should be crispy but the top should be little bit soft..So you should cook the bottom layer a little longer than the top..I thought of posting it for the letter ‘O’ for the cooking with alphabets series..
I hope you will like it and tell me how it came out..I am sending this recipe to Blogging Marathan Day 5 with the theme ‘Cooking with Alphabets’.
