Papdi Chaat Recipe – Papri Chaat Recipe – Dahi Papdi Chaat Recipe

This is one delicious and easy chaat recipe which you can rustle up in few minutes. So easy to put together, but taste really spot on.. I loved it to the core..

I used store bought papdi for this, will soon share the recipe of homemade papdi which are even more tasty.

Preparation Time : 20 mins
Serves : 2

Ingredients:

Papdi – 10 to 12 ( I used store bought)
Thick Curd / Yogurt – 1/2 cup (Recipe here)
Potatoes – 1 peeled, cubed and boiled
Green Chutney as needed ( Recipe here)
Dates & Tamarind Chutney as needed (Recipe here)
Onion – 1 medium size chopped finely
Tomatoes – 1 medium size chopped finely
Coriander leaves as needed finely chopped
Sev / Oma podi as needed for topping (Recipe here)
Chat Masala Powder to taste
Chilli Powder to taste
Jeera Powder / Cumin Powder to taste

Method:

Take a serving plate, crush some papdi and place over it.

Top with boiled potatoes and curd. Now top with onions, tomatoes, spice powders, coriander leaves, chutneys and sev.

Serve immediately.

take some papdis
crush them lightly and put it in a plate
top with some boiled potatoes
spoon some curd / yogurt
top with onions
tomatoes
now take your green chutney..Recipe here
spoon over the chaat
Take some Dates & Tamarind chutney..Recipe here
Spoon that over
Now take some chilli, jeera and chat masala powder
sprinkle over the chaat
now top the whole thing with sev
and coriander leaves
Serve immediately
