    Samosa Chaat

I have had this samosa sundal in lots of exhibition which they conduct here in our place. And this was the only one which I order always apart from gobi 65 and pani puri. I love this stuff a lot because it has samosa in it as well as the ragda gravy.

I have both the Samosa and Ragda Gravy / Peas Gravy in my blog. If you have everything ready, this is just a matter of moment to put it together. This is great for parties because every one love this. The cool thing here is this can serve as a main course since it is so heavy. You don’t need anything other than this.

    About Samosa Chaat

Samosa chaat is one of the most popular snack or chaat recipe served all over India, special North India. The chaat is made with samosa, ragda curry, chutney, onions, tomatoes, green chillies and coriander leaves.

Delicious samosa sundal has a white peas gravy poured all over smashed samosa. The chutney, onions, tomatoes, chillies and coriander leaves topped over samosa chaat makes it taste delicious. For added colour and texture you can top with sev and pomegranate.
