I have had this samosa sundal in lots of exhibition which they conduct here in our place..And this was the only one which I order always apart from gobi 65 and pani puri…I love this stuff a lot because it has samosa in it as well as the ragda gravy..

I have both the Samosa  and Ragda Gravy / Peas Gravy in my blog..If you have everything ready, this is just a matter of moment to put it together..This is great for parties because every one love this…The cool thing here is this can serve as a main course since it is so heavy..You don’t need anything other than this..
I hope you will love it and let me know what you think..
Ingrediants:
Samosa – 4(Click Here for recipe)
Ragda Gravy / Peas Gravy – as needed (Click Here for recipe)
Green Chutney / Teekha Chutney – as needed ( Click Here for Recipe)
Tamarind Chutney / Meetha Chutney- as needed ( Click Here for Recipe)
Onion – 1 finely Chopped
Tomato – 1 finely chopped
Green Chilli – 1 finely chopped
Coriander leaves / Cilantro – 3 tblspn finely chopped
Method:
Take samosa in a plate..Pour the ragda gravy over the samosa…

Drizzle with green chutney and tamarind chutney..Sprinkle with some onions, tomatoes, green chillies and coriander leaves.
Serve immediately..

Pictorial:

Take all your ingrediants
and your fresh toppings
take a samosa in a plate
pour the gravy all over the top
drizzle some chutney
onions
tomatoes
green chillies and coriander leaves
Serve
YUM YUM
Check out the samosa and ragda gravy recipe which you need for this..
