Samosa Chaat | Samosa Sundal Recipe

I have had this samosa sundal in lots of exhibition which they conduct here in our place..And this was the only one which I order always apart from gobi 65 and pani puri. I love this stuff a lot because it has samosa in it as well as the ragda gravy.

    How to Make Samosa Chaat

    • Take a serving plate. Place samosa.
    • Pour ragda gravy on top.
    • Drizzle with green chutney and tamarind chutney.
    • Sprinkle onions, tomatoes and chillies.
    • Garnish with coriander leaves.

    Pin

I have both the Samosa  and Ragda Gravy / Peas Gravy in my blog. If you have everything ready, this is just a matter of moment to put it together. This is great for parties because every one love this. The cool thing here is this can serve as a main course since it is so heavy. You don’t need anything other than this.

You can top this with variety of stuffs like

    • finely chopped onions
    • finely chopped tomatoes
    • chopped coriander leaves
    • grated carrots
    • lemon juice
    • crispy sev or any namkeen
    • sprinkle of chaat masala

    Pin

I hope you will love it and let me know what you think.
