Baby Corn 65 Recipe / Baby Corn Fry Recipe

This is one recipe which i tried it few days back and loved it. The baby corn tasted crispy and since i fried it in a tawa it is healthy.

Many viewers have been asking me to share more baby corn recipes, so i decided to do a bit of them..So keep checking out guys
Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you..

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Cooking Time : 10 mins
Serves : 2 

Ingredients:

Baby Corn – 7 to 8 chopped
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Water as needed


For Masala:
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Rice Flour / Arisi Mavu – 1 tblspn
All Purpose Flour / Maida – 1 tblspn
Corn Flour / Cornstarch – 1 tblspn
Lemon Juice – 1 tsp

Method:

Take baby corn in a bowl, add in salt and water. Cook till tender and cooked. Drain them.

Now add in all the masala ingredients in and mix well.

Pan fry in little oil or deep fry them.

Drain onto some paper towel.

Sprinkle chat masala over and serve hot.

Pictorial:
Take baby corn
cut it into small pieces
take it in a sauce pan
add water
add little salt
cook till tender
drain off
take all your ingredients
take the cooked baby corn in a bowl
add in ginger garlic paste
add in chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt
add in lemon juice
add in all purpose flour / maida
add in cornflour
and some rice flour
add little water
mix well
now fry them..i just drizzled some oil in my 
iron tawa and fried
you could deep fry them as well
drain on to some paper towel
sprinkle little chat masala
serve

    this corn 65 is not that much red colour if we fry it it seems its golden brown plese give me suggestion arthi to give red colour to it
