    Baby Corn 65 Recipe / Baby Corn Fry Recipe

    This is one recipe which i tried it few days back and loved it. The baby corn tasted crispy and since i fried it in a tawa it is healthy.

    Preparation Time : 10 mins
    Cooking Time : 10 mins
    Serves : 2 

    Ingredients:

    Baby Corn - 7 to 8 chopped
    Salt to taste
    Oil for frying
    Water as needed


    For Masala:
    Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
    Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
    Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
    Salt to taste
    Rice Flour / Arisi Mavu - 1 tblspn
    All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1 tblspn
    Corn Flour / Cornstarch - 1 tblspn
    Lemon Juice - 1 tsp

    Method:

    Take baby corn in a bowl, add in salt and water. Cook till tender and cooked. Drain them.

    Now add in all the masala ingredients in and mix well.

    Pan fry in little oil or deep fry them.

    Drain onto some paper towel.

    Sprinkle chat masala over and serve hot.

    now fry them..i just drizzled some oil in my 
    iron tawa and fried

    you could deep fry them as well

    drain on to some paper towel

      this corn 65 is not that much red colour if we fry it it seems its golden brown plese give me suggestion arthi to give red colour to it
