    Baby Corn 65

    This is one recipe which i tried it few days back and loved it. The baby corn tasted crispy and since i fried it in a tawa it is healthy.

    Ingredients for Baby Corn 65

    • Baby Corn - 7 to 8 chopped
    • Salt to taste
    • Oil for frying
    • Water as needed

    For Masala:

    • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
    • Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
    • Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
    • Salt to taste
    • Rice Flour / Arisi Mavu - 1 tbsp
    • All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1 tbsp
    • Corn Flour / Cornstarch - 1 tbsp
    • Lemon Juice - 1 tsp

    How to Make Baby Corn 65

    1. Take baby corn in a bowl, add in salt and water. Cook till tender and cooked. Drain them.
    2. Now add in all the masala ingredients in and mix well.
    3. Pan fry in little oil or deep fry them.
    4. Drain onto some paper towel.
    5. Sprinkle chat masala over and serve hot.

    Ingredients

    cut it into small pieces

    take it in a sauce pan

    add water

    add little salt

    cook till tender

    drain off

    take all your ingredients

      this corn 65 is not that much red colour if we fry it it seems its golden brown plese give me suggestion arthi to give red colour to it
