Pickled Cucumber Recipe
- Seedless Cucumber - 2 Salad variety
- White Vinegar - ½ cup
- Sugar - 2 tblspn
- Salt - ½ tsp
- Red Chilli Flakes a pinch
- Slice cucumber into thin rounds.
- Take it in a bowl and add all the ingredients. Toss well.
- Put this in a clean glass container and store in fridge.
- You can use them instantly.
