    Pista Falooda Recipe - Pistachio Falooda Recipe with step wise pictures.

    Refreshing easy falooda recipe made in pista flavour. This is a quick falooda recipe. It is very delicious and perfect for this summer.

    I have already shared mango falooda, rose falooda.  I wanted to make a green pista falooda for a long time. Finally i made it. This is a simple version of falooda. It take less time to make.

    Falooda is my favorite icecream to order whenever we dine out. I always wanted to post that recipe here in this blog. It is not the traditional falooda recipe. It is a version of pista falooda, will soon share many flavour too.

    I have already shared a falooda recipe in this blog. I have one more recipe for falooda to share, which i call as royal falooda and it is on my top favorite list.

    Pista Falooda Recipe

    Refreshing easy falooda recipe made in pista flavour. This is a quick falooda recipe. It is very delicious and perfect for this summer.

    Ingredients

    • Pista Ice cream as needed
    • Cold Milk -2 cups
    • Pista Syrup as needed
    • Sabja - 2 tblsp
    • Vermicelli / Semiya - 1 cup cooked
    • Pistachios - chopped for garnishing

    FOR SYRUP:

    • Sugar - ¼ cup
    • Water - 3 tblsp
    • Pista Extract few drops
    • Green Food Colour few drops

    Instructions

    • Take sugar and water in a sauce pan and bring it to a boil. Cook till syrup thickens.
    • Now cool the mix down.
    • Take cold milk in a bowl, add some syrup in and mix well. Set aside.
    • Cook semiya till done and drain them. Set aside.
    • Soak sabja in water for 10 mins. Set aside.
    • Take a serving glass, pour some syrup in the glass.
    • Top with cooked semiya, sabja and top with some ice cream.
    • Pour milk over it and top with more ice cream.
    • Top with some syrup and nuts.
    • Serve immediately.

    6)Syrup done. Set aside to cool.

    7)Now it is cooled

    8)Take cold boiled milk in a bowl

    9)Add some of the syrup to taste

    10)Mix well and set aside

    11)I soaked some sabja in water for 10 mins. I cooked some fine vermicelli as well.

    12)This is my homemade pistachio icecream. You can use store bought too.

    13)Take a serving glass

    14)Drizzle some pista syrup in it.

    15)Spoon some cooked vermicelli in

    16)Top with sabja

    17)Top with pista ice cream

    18)Pour it pista milk

    19)Fill ¾th

    20)Top with some more icecream

    21)Drizzle with the syrup

    22)Top with nuts
