    Rainbow Loaf Cake

I made a rainbow loaf cake because i love anything rainbow or colourful. So i just want to have a basic rainbow loaf cake recipe in my blog.

Rainbow cakes were created in the United States by Italian immigrants in the early 1900s to celebrate their homeland. They're also known as tricolor because of the white, red, and green layers that resemble the Italian flag. Brightly coloured layers of an almond- based sponge cake, raspberry and apricot jam, and a chocolate covering make up the cake. Napoleon, Venetian, tricolour, and seven-layer cakes have all been given to the cakes over the years.

This is the cake which i used in my hidden rainbow heart inside cake. I wanted to share it as a separate recipe because the cake looks so colourful and everyone will love it for sure.

    Ingredients for Rainbow loaf cake

    Vanilla Essence :

Vanilla essence gives the baked food a pleasant flavour and scent. Because vanilla essence is bake stable, the scent and texture of the dish are preserved even when cooked at high temperatures.

    Food Colours :

Use gel food colors. Use food colours that are gelled. Because gel food colouring is so concentrated, you can use less of it. A few drops will produce vibrant, stunning hues.

    Eggs :

The most important job of eggs in a cake batter is to contribute structure in the form of proteins from both the yolk and the white.

    Baking Powder:

Baking powder is used to increase the volume of baked foods and lighten their texture.
