    Simple rose jelly with step by step pictures. Delicious rose flavoured gelatin made using simple ingredients.

     

    Rose Jelly

    Puddings makes a easy desert. The jelly like texture is everyone's favourite..This pudding is my latest discovery and i am in love with it..The jelly is sweet and has a nice rose flavour to it which is just perfect.

    How to Make Rose Jelly

    • Soak gelatin in some cold water for 10 mins till it softens.
    • Take water, sugar in a sauce pan, heat till it comes to a boil and sugar melts.
    • Now take it off the heat and add gelatin mix and rose syrup. let it sit for 5 mins till the gelatin is completely melted.
    • Now pour this in mould and set in fridge for 6 to 8 hours.
    • Un mould and cut into cubes
    • Serve.

    Ingredients
      

    • Water - 2 cups
    • Sugar - ½ cup to ¾ cup
    • Rose milk Essence or Rose Syrup as needed
    • Gelatin - 1 tbsp

    take gelatin in a bowl

     

    add water and let it soak for 10 mins

     

    now it is well soaked..set aside

     

    take water in a sauce pan

     

    add sugar

     

    mix well

     

    heat till sugar melts and mix comes to a boil

     

    add soaked gelatin mix

     

    stir till it is melted

     

    like this

     

    add rose syrup or rose milk essence

     

    mix well

     

    pour it into moulds

     

    chill till set

     

    cut it into pieces

     

    Serve
