Homemade Tomato Juice Recipe

Juices are my salvage right now. It is heating up guys, i am just feeling the heat so much. I am making lots of juices right now. This is one of my recent favourite juices, it is made with only tomatoes and it tasted fantastic.

I added some cardamom in this juice to makes it more tasty and aromatic and it really worked well as well.  Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you..
Preparation Time : 10 mins
Serves : 2

Ingredients:

Red Ripe Tomatoes – 4 chopped
Ginger – a small piece
Sugar – 2 to 3 tblspn
Salt  a pinch
Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice – 1 to 2 tblspn
Water as needed
Icecubes as needed

Method:

Take all the ingredients except icecubes in a blender, puree till smooth.

Sieve this mix, add more water if needed.

Put few icecubes in a cup, pour in juice and serve immediately.

Take all your ingredients
Take some ripe red tomatoes
chop them up
Take them in a blender
add few pieces of ginger
Add in some cardamom pods
little salt
add in some sugar
and some lemon juice
time to blend
puree till smooth
pour this through a strainer
Use a spoon to extract as much juice possible
keep pressing
now all juice is extracted

   Tomato Juice is strained, add more water if needed
Take a glass, add some icecubes in
Put few icecubes in
fill with juice

Serve chilled

    Can i store this in fridge ???? If yes, then how long????

      You can keep this for 3 to 4 days in fridge
