    Vanjaram Meen Kulambu Recipe

I make fish curry differently each time, i like to experiment with it. Most of the time i make fish curry with coconut, since hubby loves his fish curry with coconut in it.

How to Make Vanjaram meen kulambu

Soak tamarind in water and squeeze to remove the pulp. Strain and set aside.

Roast ingredients given for roasting, grind it to a fine paste. Set aside.

Heat oil in a kadai. Add in mustard seeds, cumin and let them sizzle.

Now add in shallots, green chillies and curry leaves. Sprinkle some salt and cook for 2 mins or so.

Add in veggies and water. Now add in masala, tamarind and mix well. Add more water if needed, bring it to boil.

Now add in fish pieces and cook till fish is done.

    Serve.
