Chicken Nuggets are my favorite. I have a fried version here, which I don't make often because I kind off stayed away from fried foods.. I wanted to make a baked version of these so I can enjoy it often. The one thing which turned off me these many days is I always thought that the chicken will turn dry when it is baked. But when I came across this recipe, I wanted to try it ASAP.
I was quite surprised with the result. These nuggets turned so juicy and moist at the same time it was crispy. Hope you will try it someday.
